VELUX roof balcony windows convert into a balcony structure in seconds, bringing more space, natural light, and fresh air into your home.
The system consists of a top-hung upper section that opens 45° outwards to provide panoramic views, and a bottom-hung lower section that unfolds into a glazed balcony with side railings. The upper section is operated via a bottom handle, while the lower section unfolds using top sash handles.
The frame is finished in high-quality natural pinewood with either a white painted or clear lacquered finish.
With triple glazing as standard and a built-in ventilation flap with a dust and insect filter, the VELUX roof balcony supports improved thermal performance, noise reduction, and year-round ventilation. Maintenance-free exterior covers complete the package.
